How good are you at getting prospective users to download your app? Would you like to double or triple your installs without any heavy lifting by your tech team?

Who is the most valuable user in your app? Are you treating him or her any differently than your other users? If not, why not? Are you rewarding the top 10% most passionate users of the app to get them to be more active and drive more installs & engagement for you?

Do you give your users a way to comment, like & share specific pieces of content in your app? Can you track the value of each of those social actions back to specific users? Do you know how many installs and how much re-engagement each social action is causing? If not, why not?

What percentage of your user base engages with the app every month? Are you satisfied with that number? Would you like to double it w/o doing any heavy lifting by your tech team?

Do any of your users in your app know who any of the other users are? Or are they all “in the same room with the lights off?” Do you think that if you “turned the lights on” to let them interact with each other around your content, they’d engage with your app more, since that’s where the interaction is happening?

Do you have any way of notifying all the users in your app that have viewed one piece of content (we’ll call it “entity A”) when you post related content ( “Entity B”)? If not, why not?

Do you know what the most popular content in your app is, so you can focus on creating more content like that?
