Last week, our devangelist Jeremia Kimelman lead a webinar on user engagement for WIP‘s “Back to School” online event. He focused on how to best measure user engagement for mobile apps. Here’s a description of his webinar:
“You’ve built an awesome mobile application and finally made it into an app store. The first day you release it, you get a spike in downloads and your analytics show that sessions are up. Awesome. But as time passes, that graph starts to drop and all of a sudden it’s three months out and you have 1% of your user base still keeping their eyeballs in the app. If you monetize through ads, you’ve got a problem. In this webinar we’ll discuss some ways that have worked for increasing engagement and why it’s an important metric to monitor.”
