Our lead iOS developer Nate has just published this script to test APNS pushes.
Here is the functionality as described by Nate:
“This is meant to be a very simple test of push functionality. The scripts also serve as code-as-documentation for the APNS protocol. It could be useful for anyone trying to diagnose a problem with push in an iOS app.
Also included is a script to check Apple’s push feedback service. This is a separate channel used by Apple to notify you of any problems encountered when sending to your devices.”
